Queen’s gown and Men’s wear remains to be the best provider of nuptial dresses in Zambales particularly in Olongapo City. For the record, it never ceases to surprise it’s customers with innovative and fashionable designs withstanding the city’s falling economy in 1991 when American customers and US Naval Base left Subic Bay and when Mt. Pinatubo erupted and devastated hundreds of establishments and houses in that same year.
With much courage, hope and perseverance, Mrs. Lilia Laguisma Pertacorta who started the business with only a number of gowns and dresses in the early 80’s was able to re-establish and continue its vision of making its clients’ day special and blissful.
