Its MISSION then…to welcome residents – from all walks of life and far-flung areas in Mountain Province – who had initially feared entering a bank. The objective was to share the importance of banking with integrity, imparting family values to better ensure the success of undertakings. To this day, the bank and its valued patrons have been blessed!
Its MISSION now…to continue the legacy of its founders, the late spouses, Pablo M. Silva, a respected banker, and, Felicidad Alvarez de Silva, a recognized dedicated social worker, whose lifetimes were devoted to community service… for the bank and its patrons to profit with a conscience, guided by the principle that TO BE HONEST IS TO BE AT PEACE.
